Q: How do I become a MF Club Member?
A: Please read the MIKE FORCE CLUB MEMBERSHIP document by clicking here

Q: Where is your Release Forms and Rules?
A: Click here: Release Forms and Rules.

Q: Would it be alright if I came out to your game, not to play, but as an observer?
A: Unfortunately, allowing individuals to observe our past games has been disastrous, with positions being given away.
Non-players in the field: Non-players in the game field are allowed only with the Game Masters permission. All approved non-players must wear bright colors and protective eye wear. These guests may not assist players in any form!

Q: I'm under 18 and am coming with friends, not my parents.
What should I do about the Release Form?

A: Download the Release Form and have your parents read and sign it. Then just bring it to the game.

Q: Is all the equipment listed required for Recondo School?
A: Yes. All the equipment posted on the page is required for graduation from Airsoft Recondo School. It is not required to attend but it is required for graduation. The reasons are uniformity and application. And, as stated in the description, it is non negotiable and you WILL use it all. You can't complete the mission if you don't have the proper tools.

Q: Is it OK to substitute for the 9 standard magazines? Would hi-caps or mid-caps
be an acceptable alternative?

A: No. High capacity magazines are NOT permitted in Recondo School. You will find that the standard magazines are considerably more efficient than the high capacity. The reason
for this being we teach our students the principals and methods of controlled fire. We also require a real life "combat load" of 30 bbs per mag, which the hi-cap mags cannot do (the wind mechanism will not work with that small amount). Plus, you'll find that during class, when you are being "shot at," it is much easier and faster to switch out a mag than wind the reload. As for mid-cap magazines, again, there is no substitute for the 9 standard magazines. Mid-caps have a strong tendency to jam and/or misfire. This hinders performance. STAR makes cheap lo-caps which provide a “combat load” and at $40 for 10 magazines, you really can’t go wrong!

Q: Where are you located?
A: The MIKE Force Airsoft club is primarily based out of the Central Coast area of California: Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Moss Landing, etc...Please see the OP CENTER link for addresses to our games.

Q: Is phase 1 Recondo training required to attend phase 2?
A: No Phase is required to attend advanced Phases. “Show up and learn!”

Q: Is there a web gear requirement for training (i.e. Color, brand, configuration)?
A: As far as web gear goes, it may be any color you wish so long as it looks military issued. The brand is up to you and as for the configurations, we recommend you come up with something that is comfortable and efficient for your own personal use. Customize it to you but make certain it's practical!

Q: Do you need to be in the MIKE Force Airsoft club to play the Sunday games, or is it open to the public (RSVP of course)?
A: This issue is indeed addressed at the HOME link on our site. You don't have to be a member to play at MIKE Force games. Our games are open to the public WITHOUT RSVP!

Q: Does the standard ONLY rule apply for training or does that apply to the games too?
A: The standard Magazine rule only applies ONLY to the Recondo training.

Q: How often do you have training courses?
A: Once a month. See the training link to be added to our mailing list and receive notifications.
